I am Fryderyk Pryjma, founder and CEO of CortexMine, private AI for regulated and high-trust industries: sovereign, in-perimeter, operated for you. My work sits where sensitive data, compliance, and real product delivery meet.
A consulting perspective shaped by product, process, and research
CortexMine is deployed and run inside the customer perimeter, on-prem or private cloud, with source-grounded answers and a full audit trail, built for NIS2-regulated workflows. Customers need no internal AI team, because we operate it for them. Manufacturing is the first vertical.
Alongside CortexMine, I advise product and IT teams on design ops, research ops, and knowledge transfer. That consulting work is where many of the patterns behind CortexMine were first observed: how knowledge is captured, trusted, and moved through an organization.
How I work
I bring a process-first but product-aware approach. I look at how design and research actually function inside the team, where collaboration breaks down, how decisions are made, and what prevents insight from turning into better delivery.
My work is evidence-based, structured, and practical. The goal is not to introduce unnecessary complexity, but to help teams build workflows that are clearer, more mature, and easier to sustain over time.
Background and credentials
My background includes digital product work, software delivery, UX, research, and R&D-related initiatives. I am a doctoral researcher in management and quality sciences, with a focus on knowledge transfer and learning in IT service organizations using LLMs. I also hold an MBA and a background in Human-Technology Interaction.
In addition to consulting work, I have experience in workshops, advisory engagements, product and process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across design, product, and technology.
