Podejście
Przeanalizowałem obecny układ zespołu, zidentyfikowałem luki kompetencyjne i słabe punkty handoffu oraz zmapowałem współpracę między designem a pozostałymi interesariuszami. Następnie zaproponowałem bardziej uporządkowany workflow, rekomendowałem stałe zaangażowanie software developera w warsztatach oraz ustandaryzowałem dokumentację produktową w oparciu o podejście Product Requirements Document.
Rezultat
Zespół zyskał bardziej przejrzysty proces przejścia od designu do developmentu, lepszy alignment między designem i engineeringiem oraz wyższą jakość dokumentacji. Decyzje produktowe stały się łatwiejsze do oceny w kontekście ograniczeń technologicznych i budżetowych.
